Our support division focuses on the support of our client's bespoke systems. Clients include International Blue-Chip companies. We offer 24-hour support for 365 days per year and our 24/7 support services are used by Carnival Cruises to support the passenger and hotel administration systems on Cruise Ships throughout the world sailing under the P&O Cruises and Ocean Village Brands. Besides support offered through our office, we also offer staffing services to work on-site to augment customer support teams.
Our travel and transport division focuses on the development and support of bespoke systems for clients in the travel and transport business, these clients Carnival Cruises, Kuoni, and Omega (France). Their requirements necessitate us providing the highest levels of quality and a round the clock user level support of our software. With nearly two decades of process knowledge in the travel & transport industry, Broadgate is uniquely positioned in this segment to provide complete end-to-end solutions.
Over the years, Broadgate has developed several specialized products. Sojourn, is a tool to track changes to database transactions on the IBM iSeries platform. It can be put to use by distinct group of company staff to review and audit database transaction history and is aimed for use by companies in finance, travel, transport, distribution, retail & manufacturing. Sojourn is used by leading companies including British Airways and Kuoni Travel. We have also built a custom retail Point of Sale POS Billing and Inventory Management Software HBPOS for Higginbothams, India’s oldest book store that is deployed in over 50 locations in India. An updated version for the hospitality industry is in development.
